“This new partnership signifies the first chapter in the International Terminal’s one-of-a-kind retail evolution.
“We’re delighted to partner with a global brand that’s leading the way in innovation and aligns with our vision of providing exceptional customer service and an enhanced passenger journey,” Mr Ryan said
Prosegur Change’s CEO Sacha Zackariya said “We are thrilled to be bringing our brand to Brisbane Airport at such an exciting time. Prosegur Change’s debut will coincide with the launch of a range of new travel essentials, food and beverage options, and specialty retail concessions. These additions follow a Request for Proposal (RFP) process that attracted bids from leading retail operators for over 32 premium opportunities within the International Terminal. Announcements about the remaining successful partners will be revealed in the coming weeks.
This retail expansion is part of Brisbane Airport’s ambitious $5 billion Future BNE transformation project, which encompasses comprehensive upgrades to both terminals, plans for Terminal 3, and significant industrial and commercial developments.
